The result, I developed a coaching programme specifically for micro businesses that are looking to grow. Although significantly cheaper than my other programmes, there is no less value in this programme, in fact, it's my most impactful programme in terms of return on investment.
The catch, you need to apply and qualify to be accepted into the programme. Don't worry, it's a simple process and is purely aimed at ensuring you are small enough for it to be right for you and that you are truly ready to put in the work needed to grow your business.

12 Week Success Programme - £1200
This is the perfect package for those that have all the great ideas and the dreams, but lack the time, the focus and/or the discipline to get the important things done.
If like me, you are attracted to every bright shiny new object that crosses you path, you'll find the days pass by and the stuff on your Wishlist just grows and grows with nothing coming to fruition.
You come up with the most ludicrous justification for not getting the important stuff done and dismiss it until tomorrow.
But, tomorrow never comes.
If this is you, then the 12 week success programme is exactly what you need.
Drop in and out of the programme as frequently as you want. Best long term results are achieved by rolling each 12 week block into the next however if you need to take a break or you feel you have the tools to go alone, simply let me know 4 weeks before the end of your current 12 week programme and your space can be given to the next business owner on the waiting list.
Be aware though, you will need to re-join the waiting list if you leave the programme.

I will inspire and assist you to build a step-by-step, practical, relevant, tailor-made action business growth plan. Covering the next 12 weeks, aimed at driving more profit into your business.
I will teach you how to write a 12 week business plan that will drive success for you and your business.
You will also gain access to some of the best business tools for success.
By the end of your first 12 week planning session, you will have a clear picture of where your business will be in 12 weeks time. As well as a step-by-step plan to get you there. During this high energy business growth strategy day, you will:

Bronze Coaching Package - £400 per Month
This package consists of 1 monthly standard Zoom call
This is my starter package and is ideal for newly established businesses that are looking to start taking on their first employees.
This package won’t generate you huge gains because you’re busy working In your business right now and quite rightly so… It’s early days, but, it will take your business from where it is now to the next level in a timely manner.
From there it is beneficial to upgrade to silver so you can make more progress in a shorter space of time and provide the job security your new employees need to ensure a long and prosperous working relationship with them.
Silver Coaching Package - £500 per Month
This package consists of 2 Standard monthly Zoom calls on a 2 weekly basis (recommended) OR 1 extended call
The silver package is by far the most popular package I offer and will move your business forwards towards your goals.
This package is for serious business owners that currently spend most if not all of their working weeks ‘out on site’ doing the fee earning work needed to pay the bills.
If this sounds like you then this coaching package is the perfect fit. It will give you the tools you need to get out of the daily grind of working IN your business and get you working ON your business. This alone will bring huge financial reward as you become the master of your own destiny.
From here you can continue on the silver package and make steady progress towards your goals or can opt to upgrade to Gold where we cover more ground in a shorter space of time to accelerate your business growth.
(I do not sell the Gold package to any of my clients, it is their choice entirely should they wish to upgrade and speed up their journey, so don’t wait to be asked because it’ll never happen.)
Gold Coaching Package - £1000 per Month
This package consists of 2 Extended Monthly Zoom Calls on a 2 weekly basis
The gold package is not for the feint of heart. This package is for business owners who are serious about the direction they want their business to head in and will do whatever it takes to get there in the quickest time possible.
The gold package is designed for business owners who know in their heart of hearts that they will make the time to do the work required.
A lot of ideas and plans will materialise as a result of our work together and the key to making this work is speedy and effective implementation. If you already work 90 hours a week and don’t have the time to commit to working on your business, this package is not for you.
This is an application only coaching package which I will only accept you on to if I believe you are seriously able to commit to making this commercially viable for you and your business.
If you don't think you are ready for this, take a look at the silver coaching package which achieves the same results, but at a pace you can handle without burning yourself out.
