The first and most common question is: How do I know what to do in my business and when? 🤷‍♂️

The answer to this is to have a great Scorecard. I have covered scorecards in a previous video but the power a scorecard gives you must not be underestimated! 💪

A scorecard allows you to see very quickly what is working in your business and what isn’t. ✔️ ❌

That then allows you to make the right decisions to move your business forwards. ➔ ➔

The next most common question is: How do I know the best way to advertise my business? 🤷🏽

In short, you need to test and measure. 📈

If you are already spending money on marketing and you’re getting customers. Something you are doing is working. 🎉

A lot of what you are doing however, probably isn’t and you the chances are you are wasting money. 💷 🔥

If you start to ask your clients where they heard about you, you’ll start to build up a picture of what is working and what isn’t. This information will allow you to either save money, or re direct it to the marketing that is working so you can do more of it and get more customers. 😀

Another common question is: How do I get time to work on my business? 🤷🏼‍♀️

The first part to this is self-discipline & focus, without this, anything you try to do WILL fail! 🤦🏽‍♂️

You need to create the time in your day where you can spend 90 minutes working purely ON your business. Working on things that will move your business forwards. ➔ ➔

Do this every day and in 12 months’ time you will have achieved a huge amount and will have moved your business towards your end goal. Do it every day for 5 years and you won’t recognise your business from where you started out. 😲

The key though is to do it, and do it consistently. 🔄

The last question I get asked a lot is: when is the right time to get a coach? 🤷🏿‍♂️

Now you might expect me to say do it…. Right now!!!! ⏱

But for most of you watching now is probably not the right time. ⏳

The honest answer to this question is: when you decide you are ready to take your business forwards but are unsure how to do it. 🤦 🤦‍♂️

Don’t employ the first coach that comes along, make sure you both like your coach and trust your coach. 💑

They will become part of your business for a significant period of time so it's important you are working with a coach you like and want to work with. 👨‍🏫 👩‍🏭
