๐Ÿ”„ The endless cycle ๐Ÿ”„

Why do sales fluctuate so much?

Running a small business can feel much like riding a unicycle whilst juggling. ๐Ÿคน๐Ÿป‍โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ

Forever pedalling forwards and backwards, forwards and backwards just to keep yourself balanced, keep the business upright, all without dropping any balls along the way.

Running your business like this is amateur. ๐Ÿ™Š

It causes an unnecessary amount of stress for you as the business owner ๐Ÿคฏ and prevents you from moving the business forwards and keeping it there. ๐Ÿคฆ‍โ™‚๏ธ

A far more effective way would be to run it like you were riding a bicycle. ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿป

The only way to maintain your balance is to keep moving forwards. โžœ โžœ

In fact, the faster you move forwards, the easier it becomes! ๐Ÿ˜€

Chris Froome or Bradley Wiggins would never have won the Tour De France, riding a unicycle!

In business terms, the unicycle represents your marketing.

You get quiet, you market, you get busy, you stop, you go quiet again, you market again, you get busy…… and you carry on like this year, after year, after year. ๐Ÿ”„ ๐Ÿ”„

Now let’s zip up our lycra, strap on our helmet, and clip into the pedals of a professional road bike. ๐Ÿšต‍โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿšต

We have a plan before we set out, we stick to our plan, and we market consistently to our ideal customers.

The customers come in rhythmically and consistently.

We no longer stress because the work doesn’t drop off and we don’t go quiet.

We can pay our bills, our staff and most importantly ourselves on time! ๐Ÿ’ท ๐Ÿ’ท ๐Ÿ’ท
Who doesn’t want that?! ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿป‍โ™‚๏ธ

I coach my clients in exactly this.

Consistently, rhythmically acquiring new customers for their businesses enabling them to grow at the pace they want.

If you want help in doing this in your business, get on your lycra, clip into your pedals and give me a shout. ๐Ÿšต๐Ÿป‍โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿšต๐Ÿป

I’m ready to ride every single mile of the journey with you! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ† ๐Ÿฅ‡ ๐Ÿ
