Business coaching is not an overnight solution to turn around your business. If you want a quick fix, hire a consultant to turn it around for you and pay someone who knows what they are doing to run it for you to ensure you don’t mess it up again. 

Being coached is hard work. But then so is running a failing business. Would you rather work hard building something successful or continually fighting fires and keeping the wolves at bay? 

Being coached will push you outside your comfort zone. It will make you feel uncomfortable at times and even make you feel like you’ve been a little bit thick over the years. But that’s not a bad thing, that’s where you grow as an individual and as a business owner. 

Nobody ever grew, inside their comfort zone! 

It requires investment from you! Both financial and in time! 

I use the word investment because approached with the right mindset, that’s exactly what it is. It is not a cost; it enables growth and is therefore an investment.
