Simple But Effective Planning

Adam Fox • Sep 07, 2021

A lot of business owners shudder at the thought of putting
together a business plan 😱

It’s a lengthy process and requires some deep thought. 🤔

That’s why, so many never get around to doing it. 🤷‍♂️

Planning for the success of your business is essential, however it doesn’t have to be as complicated or time consuming as putting together a formal business plan. 😲

In fact, unless your seeking funding, investment or looking to sell your business, I’d go so far as to say it’s a waste of time putting together such a lengthy document only for it to gather dust and be completely outdated by the time you actually need it. 🗃🗄

I have found the most effective way to plan for the growth of my business is to break it down into smaller chunks. 📝

A quick review of the last quarters performance and results, followed by planning for the next quarter including setting deadlines for each task, generates more forward momentum and growth, than a detailed plan that is filed away and never actioned. 📈

To take a couple hours out of your business every quarter, and review the last quarters plan followed by planning for the next quarter, will net you better and more consistent results than you have ever achieved in your business before. 💪🏼

I have a great, simple template that I am offering to you for FREE to help you with this process. 🤯

I have set out the questions you need to be asking yourself and all you have to do is fill in the gaps. 🖋📋

For any serious business owner out there, this is crucial to your long term success. 🏆

Pop me a message and I’ll send you a copy of the planning toolkit for FREE so you can start to plan for your business quarterly and achieve some amazing results. 📱💻

So, you have a client that doesn’t appreciate the value of your service or product…..

If you’re like most people, you probably don’t. which means, you have no idea where you’re actually going. You’re either on autopilot, going round and round in circles; you’re on someone else’s agenda, your clients and employees; or a combination of both. If you’re not working on your own agenda, then you’re working on someone else’s. If you’re working on someone else’s agenda, then you’re working towards someone else’s goals. It’s time to work to your agenda. Think. What really matters to you. Where do you want to be next month, next year and in ten years from now. What do you want your business and your life to be? What makes you happy, and what makes you miserable? By knowing where you want to get to, your destination, you will have programmed your internal sat nav to take you there. Now it’s down to you to make the right decisions and take the right turns to get there. Sure you’ll hit a few traffic jams and road blocks along the way which may well slow your journey down, but your sat nav will re-route you and get you back on track because it knows where you want to be.
